Refund policy
You have the right to return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund:
- the product must be unopened,
- unused,
- in its original packaging,
- and in a resalable condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food supplements unless the product is faulty.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@getinit.shop. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
